Frequent Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions By Our Noble Park Families?

1. What age groups do you cater for?

Our campus welcomes children from 6 weeks to 6 years old, with dedicated spaces for Nursery, Toddler, and Kindergarten programs. Each stage is supported with a Montessori-inspired curriculum and play-based learning experiences.

2. How do I enrol my child at Inspire Early Learning Journey?

We encourage families to book a campus tour first, so you can meet our educators and explore our safe, inspiring learning environments. After your visit, you may join the waitlist or complete our online enrolment form. Our team will support you through orientation, required documents, and funding options such as the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) and Free Kinder.

3. What are the opening hours of the centre?

Our centre is open Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 6:00pm, excluding public holidays. These extended hours are designed to give families flexibility while supporting children’s routines.

4. Do you offer Government funding or Child Care Subsidy?

Yes. Eligible families can access the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) and the Victorian Free Kinder program at our campus. Our team provides guidance on applications and entitlements to help reduce your childcare fees.

5. What curriculum do we follow?

At Inspire Early Learning Journey, we follow the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) combined with the Montessori philosophy. Children develop independence, confidence, problem-solving, literacy, and numeracy skills through hands-on, guided exploration.

6. How do you keep children safe?

Child safety is central to everything we do. Our  campus complies with the Education and Care Services National Law, National Quality Standards (NQS), and Victorian Child Safe Standards. Safety measures include:

  • CCTV security cameras and secure entry systems

  • Educators trained in first aid, CPR, asthma, and anaphylaxis

  • Child protection procedures with mandatory reporting

  • Regular evacuation and lockdown drills

  • Daily hazard checks and safe, age-appropriate spaces

7. Do you use security cameras at the child care centre?

Yes. We use CCTV security cameras in key areas of the campus to help protect children, families, and staff. Footage is securely managed and only accessed for authorised safety and compliance purposes, giving families peace of mind.

8. What meals and nutrition are provided?

Our in-house chef prepares fresh, nutritious meals daily, catering to allergies, dietary needs, and cultural preferences. Menus follow the Australian Dietary Guidelines and support children’s growth and energy for learning.

9. What should my child bring each day?

We provide meals, nappies, sunscreen, and bedding. Families only need to bring a water bottle, a spare change of clothes, and any comfort items their child may need.

10. How do you communicate with families?

We use Xplor Playground for educators and Xplor Home for parents. This allows us to share daily digital updates, photos, and learning stories, along with details about meals, rest times, and milestones. Families also receive face-to-face updates, ensuring strong communication and partnership.
